What is the best age to take kids on a big vacation?
There is no single right age. Every stage has its own magic. We match the destination and pace to your kids’ ages. Toddlers do great with short travel days and a home base, and older kids love adventure and variety.
How far in advance should we plan a family vacation?
For school breaks and summer, 9–12 months ahead gives you the best choice of rooms and prices. Off-peak trips can often be planned in 3–6 months.
Do you charge a fee to plan a family vacation?
No. Gather Together Vacations does not charge planning fees. We are compensated by the resorts, cruise lines, and tour operators we book with, so you pay the same as booking direct and get an expert in your corner.
